The woman behind the I Believe fan site is Sarah, a 19-year-old student at the University of Michigan. Sarah has been designing websites since 1998, and her interest in Peter Pan truly sparked after the 2003 remake of it. Therefore she decided to create this website as a tribute to her interest in the Peter Pan story and movie portraying that tale.
